Now booking Spring and Summer sessions! :)
In home family sessions are my new fave. I love how relaxed they are, no matching outfits, no stiff poses. They are real. There's nothing wrong with posed portraits but I love the authenticity of these photos. The crazy unscripted season that this family is in at this moment. It's these seemingly mundane photos that they will cherish ten years down the road, to see a glimpse of what life was like in March 2018. :)

It seems like it was just a short time ago that I photographed Daniel's newborn session, and here it is one year later! My oh my how he's changed! He loves chasing around his older brothers and sister, loves to eat cheerios, likes his choo choo book and loves his mommy and daddy...and he gives a good stink eye to photographers who get in his way. ;)

Happy Birthday Miss Tatum! I hope you had a wonderful first year, thank you for allowing me to capture some of your most memorable milestones! :)

I had a fun session with the Cole family last weekend. Little Miss Tatum is 9 months old! Mommy wanted to get a few pics to test out the unicorn hat for her upcoming first birthday. Adorable!

A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege of photographing an elopement! Brennan has been traveling between St. Louis and Europe for work for the last several months, and Sarah will be joining him in November. They decided to go ahead and elope to make the work visa process easier and smoother. Sarah and Brennan will return to St. Louis next September and have a bigger wedding to celebrate with friends and family. :)

This past weekend I held mini family sessions and all of the proceeds went to Operation Christmas Child. A huge thank you to all of the families that came out and donated items for this cause. With all of the proceeds and items donated we had enough to fill 50 boxes! That's 50 children who will receive a box of gifts at Christmas. Thank you! Oh my goodness. This family is the cutest. I met them last year and the girls were not quite one and not very mobile. Flash forward to now, the identical girl triplets are two and very much mobile! They are so precious, their bright blue eyes, curly locks and little rompers! Adorable!
Â
I met with Maggie and Brent on a very windy morning for their engagement session. It seemed every time I tried to get the shot a big gust of wind would stir up and Maggie's hair would fly around! Ha. Maggie and Brent, thank you for driving down and for putting up with my crazy ideas, looking forward to your wedding next June!

I had the privilege of photographing this sweet little family last weekend. Ruthie is the cutest little girl, 13 months old and on a mission! There was no slowing down, unless she was stopping to pick another dandelion. ;)
